Walter
has become, in recent years, one of the country's best known
and most admired sculptors. His beautiful figurative ceramic
sculptures will, by now, adorn many homes throughout both
Scotland and England. His work is produced in limited, signed
and numbered editions. Each sculpture can be fired by the
raku or stoneware method and for stoneware there is a small
choice of glaze, blue grey, dark grey, metallic bronze,
greeny grey, etc.
Walter graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, taught in
both secondary and tertiary education and is now a full
time artist.
