Born
in Glasgow 1949. Studied at Glasgow School of Art 1966-1970. Studied
Painting under David Donaldson, Alexander Goudie, and James Robertson.
A career in Art Education followed, until 1995 when he decided to
paint full time.Kelsey has exhibited in many of the annual exhibitions
such as R.O.I., R.S.W. and P.A.I. He has served as an artist member
on the councils of The Glasgow Art Club, and Paisley Art Institute.
In 1998 he became a Diplomate of the Paisley Art Institute. He exhibits
regularly in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London, and has successfully sold
his paintings at the art fairs in New York, Miami, London and Budapest.
